He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pat (Patricia Jones), Donald Holt and Terry Jones. He is survived by: his father Jeff Freeman of Thomasville; his daughter Juliana; his sisters, Jessica Byerly (Tommy) of Thomasville and Lanna Ward (Caleb) of Thomasville; his stepsister Katie Freeman; his nephew Ian Creasman; his nieces, Gracie Tedder and Nova Ward; his grandmothers, Ruby Jones of Kernersville and Carol Holt of Lexington; and his mother Meloney Blackwell of Thomasville.
