He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Edmond Hill and Mallie Mabe Hill; his wife Autamae Hill; his daughter Connie Mae Hill Payne; and his siblings, Laurastine Hill Webb and Douglas Eugene Hill.
He is survived by: his son Roy Lee Hill, Jr. (Betty) of Thomasville; his brother Bill F. Hill of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Tabitha Hill Crooks (Timmy), Phillip Hill (Cheryl), Travis Hill (Ginger) and Eric Mitchell Rhodes (Anna); his great grandchildren, Madison Gammons (Preston), Cassidy Gammons (Brandon), Shaye Hill, Salem Hill, Tori Hill, Mikaylan Rhodes, Autumn Rhodes, Morgan Rhodes, Mabry Rhodes and Mariss Rhodes; his great great grandchildren, Krew, Nixon, Maleigh, Jovi Gammons, Ayden, Amelia and Axel Hunt; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Webb (Judy) and Robin McLean; and his pet Scooter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Davidson County or the organization of the donor's choice.
