She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosetta Andrews Green and Morris Green; her daughter Mary G. Kennedy; her siblings, Richard Green and Dorothy Mae Green; her grandson Justin A. Tillman; and her aunt Camilla Gibson.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Kennedy; her children, Rosa James (Joeshan) of High Point, NC, Barbara Kennedy of Atlanta, GA, Angie Tillman of Thomasville, NC, Alecia Booker of Savannah, GA, Patricia Kennedy of Greensboro, NC and Samuel Kennedy Jr. of Thomasville, NC; her siblings, Queen Kennedy, Annie Mae Billups of Atlanta, GA, James King of High Point, NC, John Edwards (Janice) of Columbia, SC and William Green of Tampa, FL; and her aunt Lorrena Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
