He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Joann Cullipher Gambler; and his uncles, Darrell Cullipher, Leonard Gambler and Glen Gambler. He is survived by: his father Ronald "Ron" Gambler; his brother Christopher Gambler; his aunts and uncles, Margaret Medlin, Sandra Cullipher, Brenda Cullipher of Virginia, Sherry Cullipher, Sharon Batie, Beth Gambler, Sue Zimmerman, Larry Cullipher, Walter Gambler, William Gambler and Danny Gambler; and also Joyce Mouzone.
