He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson "Swartz" and Ruth Utter (Baker) of Hammondsport, NY.; and his sister Cheryl Utter. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Norton); his children, Leslie Rowland, Jeanne Leonard (Gary), Jennifer Morgan and Roger W. Utter II; and his great grandchildren, Rilee, Wesley, Taylor, Alayna, Bryden, Kais, Waylon and Leonard. He is also survived by 9 brothers and sister and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Disabled American Veterans.
