He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank and Ruth Brittian West; his wife Shirley Jean Johnson West; and his sisters, Zona Jones, Zora Honeycutt and Zelma Grubb.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Wilson (Philip) of Thomasville and Bobby West (Faith) of Kernersville; his grandchildren, Andrew Wilson, Daniel West and Hannah Wilson; and his mother-in-law Frances Johnson of Sevierville, TN.. He is also survived by one niece and multiple nephews.
