He is survived by: his wife Daisy Durham Cheek; his children, Chris Cheek (Kim) of Trinity and Stephanie Cheek (Wendy Murray) of Florida; his daughter-in-law Sophia Cheek of Smyrna, NC; his grandchildren, Austin Cheek, Ashley Cheek and Kristine Cheek; and his sisters, Phyllis Cothran of South Carolina, Wanda Owens of High Point and Sybil Billings of Fayetteville.
