He is survived by: his parent Robert L. McDonald of Thomasville, NC; his brother Robert L. McDonald, Jr. (Brookshire Wynne); his wife Jane Kincheloe McDonald; his daughters, Meredith Hall Melissa Rafford (David) and Cameron McDonald (Steven Schmidt); his grandchildren, Parker Hall, Kendall Hall, Elizabeth Hall, Emily Rafford and Ava Rafford; and his siblings, Sally McDonald Covington and Rocky McDonald (Sheryl).
