She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Gill; her sister Patricia Pervez; and her stepgrandson Gavin Hicks. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Hughes Gill Embler; her daughters, Patricia LeAnn Smith of High Point and Chasity Hope Hicks of Lexington; her sister Beverly Renee Stair (Patrick) of Thomasville; and her grandchildren, C. J. Smith, Marley Smith, Karri Duncan, Nolan Duncan and Olivia Duncan.
