He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rodney A. Walthour, Robert E. "Bambi" Walthour II (Cynthia) and Patricia W. Gunther (Charles). He is survived by: his girlfriend Deborah Edwards; his daughter Nicole Cook Leah (Tom); his sister Kathy Poole (Richard); his grandchildren, Chelsea (Robby), Connor, Cassidy of Bea, C. J., Max, Jack and Gracie; his great grandchildren, Wylder and Bodi; and his friends, Donna Lackey and Sarah Noah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
