She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Wesley Prewitt and Virginia Louise Ownby Prewitt; her husband Thurman Collins; and her brother Lonnie Dale Prewitt. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Collins (Delores) of Pinehurst, Gerald Collins (Patty) of Thomasville and Randy Collins, Sr. (Carolyn) of Pleasant Garden; her grandchildren, Randy Collins, Jr. (Kim), Jeremy Collins (Brandi), Keri Lovell (Jeremy), Candy Walters (Robbie), Christie Koval and Michael Kivett (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Maddie Jones, Tanner Walters, Austin Bowman, Ethan Lovell, Kyndell Lovell, Isley Collins, Briley Collins, Katelynn Koval, Lawrenn Harvell (Clark), Kellie Koval, Brendan Kivett and Derek Kivett; and her great great grandchildren, Kenleigh and Karmen. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
