She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Robinette and Marie Osborne Robinette; her former husband James W. Tucker; her daughter Pamela Tucker; and her sister Janice Pierce.
She is survived by: her husband Eli Phillips, Jr.; her children, Keith James Tucker (Janice), Jeffery E. Tucker, Dawn Stratton (Mike) and Angie Tucker; her brother Gary E. Robinette; and her daughter Jada Morrow. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
