She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Thomas Ray and Margaret Hayes Ray Teta of Durham, NC; her siblings, William Randolph Ray and Anna Marie Teta; her husband Luther Stephen Leonard (Steve); her children, Jaclyn Nicholson (Jeffrey) of Pinehurst, NC and Marc Deskin (Joanna Hale) of Jacksonville, FL; her stepdaughter Candice Hinson (Eddie) of Archdale; her siblings, Anthony Teta, Rick Teta (Ronda) of Pittsboro and Mary Teta Bugger of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Carter Nicholson and Spencer Nicholson; and her stepgranddaughter Natalie Hinson.
