Fowler (Cynthia), Deborah Lynn Jacob (Raymond), Jerry Don Fowler (Jan) and Carol Jean Jenkins (Ralph); her grandchildren, Kimberly Yarbrough (Kasper) and Angel Phillips McCracken (Jimmy); her great grandchildren, Sierra, Evan, Jaden and Austin; her nieces and nephews, Bradley Jenkins, Tammy Fowler, Crystal Fowler, Natalie Gordon, Michelle Jones McCarson and Billie Hutchins; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Cameron, Brendan, Christian, Luxen, Banks, Linley and Kenna; and also Bella Marie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Silver Valley Church of God, 1963 Old Highway 109, Silver Valley, North Carolina.
