She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Nat Taylor Buckner and Blanche Cates Daligny Buckner; and her husband Francis "Frank" Vincent Kanoy. She is survived by: her son Steven "Steve" Randall Kanoy (Jamie) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Steven Kanoy, II, Miranda Kanoy, Vince Kanoy and Tessa Kanoy Gibson (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Abigail Gibson, Salem Gibson and Melody Kanoy; and her sisters, Doris Taylor and Frances York (Richard) of Thomasville.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery (401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
