He is survived by: his wife Karen Gammons Perkins of Holly Ridge; his children, Lindsey Perkins of Holly Ridge and Casey Perkins (Jessica) of Durham; his brother Robert Perkins (Melissa) of Reidsville; and his grandson Harrison.
