He is survived by: his wife Jere Ferrell Potts; his daughters, Becky Potts Mickey of Kernersville, Susie Potts of High Point and Felicia Potts of Thomasville; his stepsons, Barry Bingham of Winston Salem and Brent Bingham of Rockwell, NC; and his siblings, Danny Potts (Gail) of Kernersville, Larry Potts (Marlene) of Waco, TX and Pam Spitzbergen (Doug) of Trinity. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
