She was predeceased by: her father Grant Lee Fouts; her husband Larry Hughes; and her siblings, Beatrice, Inez, Virginia, Mazie, Dewey and Sherrill.
She is survived by: her son Andy Bullins (Ashlea); her granddaughter Chloe; her son Eddie Fouts (Amy); her stepdaughters, Darlene Beck (Buck), Rhonda Sturkie (Russell) and Suzie Stanley (Eddie); and her sisters, Nancy Carter (Steve), Naomi Garrett (Claude) and Zora Bell. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to The Industries of the Blind and the Diabetes Foundation.
