It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Turner of Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Butler Turner and Anna Martin Turner; his wife Carol Jean Wall Turner; his son Steve Turner; his siblings, Horace Turner, Doris Hammonds, Sallie Pearl Edwards and Shelby Jean Johnson; and his granddaughter Heather Millikan.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell Turner of Thomasville and Debra Sale of Thomasville; his stepchildren, Mike Beck of Thomasville and Tammy Deese of Thomasville; his siblings, Archie Turner (JoAnn) of Thomasville, Carl Turner of Thomasville, Mae Cardwell of Thomasville and Willie Mae Willard (Larry) of Thomasville; his grandsons, Christopher Turner, Brandon Turner, Cole Deese, Blaine Deese and Noah Beck; and his siblings-in-law, Butch Johnson and Teresa Jonas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
