He is survived by: his children, Tammy Phillips (Doug), Jennifer Goins (Philip), Michelle Lowman, Chris Lackey (Donna) and Terry Lowman (Melissa); his wife Ruby Lackey; his brothers, Dan Lackey (Cathy) and David Lackey; his stepchildren, Sandra Morgan and Jason Morgan; his grandchildren, Courtney, Cassie, Cameron, Lil Courtney, Carmen, William, Jessica, Misty, Kenzie, Maddie, Kaiden, Zach, Tyler and Kaleb; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Oakie, Gracie, Blakelynn, Zayden and Carter; and his close friends, Mike and Anita Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
