She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Bullins; and her son James Michael Bullins. She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Owenby (Paul), Betty Cooper (David) and Tammy Burkhart (Stacy). She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Louise's name to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
