She is survived by: her parent Cynthia Myers Clodfelter; her daughters, Vickie Charles Lambeth and Kay Hayes Cabe; and her grandchildren, Cindy Charles (Randy), Melissa Blankenship (Adam), Jimbo Lambeth (Mindy), Paula Wyatt (David), Alexis Cabe and Richard "Bug" Boyd (Franki).
