He is survived by: his wife Saundra Kindley Smith; his children, Tonya Davis (Kevin) of Archdale and Tommy Smith (Chastity) of Trinity; his siblings, Charles Smith of Thomasville, Larry Smith (Linda) of Thomasville, Joyce Grimstead (Charlie) and Phyllis Driggers (Mike); his grandchildren, Ashley Davis, Houston Smith and Karah Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Sophie and Cameron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
