She is survived by: her husband Larry Douglas Washam; her children, Jeremy Washam of Florida, Virginia Smith (Rex) of Archdale, Amy Phillips (Gene) of New York and Iva Washam of Jamestown; her sisters, Doris Bevil (Stephen) of Charlotte and Johnnie Springett (Dave); her grandchildren, Jonah, Jacob (Marley), Ava, Naiya, Mindy, Sabrina and Skylar; and her great grandchild Sawyer Smith.
