She was predeceased by: her parents, Doloris Mitchell and Herbert Mitchell; and her sister Donna Mitchell Baldwin. She is survived by: her son Samuel Tipton II; her siblings, Brenda Brown, Vicky Nelson, Thomas Mitchell, Freddie Mitchell, Ralph Mitchell and Herbert Mitchell (Frankie); and her granddaughter Alyssa Tipton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
