He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Louise Small; his mother-in-law Mary Louise Small; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Small, Tammy Small, Sylvia McMillon (Ronnie), Joyce Jarrett (Tony) and Kathy Bean (Mickey); his nieces, Linda, Peggy Small, Stephanie Smith (Eric) and Hannah Danze; his nephew Michael Chad Potts (Tonya); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lexie, Carleigh, Samuel and Maxton.
