He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Williams and Armantine Bailey Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Lois Flannery Williams; his children, Tammy Wray (Buddy) of Thomasville and Eric Bennett Williams (Angie) of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Ricky Wray, Christa Wray, Ethan Williams, Briana Williams and Joseph Robertson; and his siblings, Ray Williams, James Williams, Alvin Williams and Allie Newton.
