He is survived by: his children, Kenny Williams (Brittany) of Archdale, Sandy Williams (Kathy) of Archdale and Kelly Williams of Trinity; his grandchildren, Abby Williams, Peyton Williams, Benjamin Williams, Blake Williams and Mary Mills (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Sophia Loman and Joshua Mills, Jr..
