He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Howard Coker and Omie Ayers Coker; his wife Virginia Morrison Coker; and his brothers, Howard and Don Coker.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Coker Lloyd (Joe) of Thomasville and Kenneth "Kenny" F. Coker, Jr. (Nikki) of Thomasville; his brother Jerry Coker (Oberia "Obie") of Thomasville; and his grandchildren, Zach Lloyd, Jacob Coker, Caleb Coker and Hannah Coker.
