He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawson Sr. and Ruby Mae Burge Lawson. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Daniels and David Brian Lawson; and his nephews, Scott Lawson, Stevie Lawson, Terry Daniels and Rex Daniels.
