He is survived by: his wife Peggy Neal Guffey; his children, John Keith (Christie), Dennis Edward, Brian Scott (Tammy) and Corrina Jean Guffey Cox (Troy); his grandchildren, Derek Godwin, Jason Guffey (Arlithia), Jennifer Guffey, Tosha Guffey Grogan, Ashley Absher (Brandon), Kenneth Guffey (Kendra), Colby Guffey and Daren Guffey; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Johnson, Lacie Lucas, Daven Guffey, Braxton Guffey, Faith Godwin, Jacob Smith, Taylor Jacoby, Maddie Moeller, Maggie Moeller, Zachary Chester, Cali Absher, Gracen Guffey and Coy Guffey; and his great great grandchild Ryleigh.
