He is survived by: his daughter Bettina Brant Hoover of Trinity; his grandsons, Brantley Hoover and Gabriel Hoover; and his siblings, Duane Brant (Dale) of Poolesville, MD, Carole Brant Light, Weathersfield and Eleanor Brant of Wilmington, NC..
