He is survived by: his mother Montlieu "Lu" Elberson Jackson; his daughter Courtney Alford; his fiancé Dustin Sowers; his siblings, Michael Yates of Thomasville and Terry Payne (Robert) of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Natalie Morgan Alford, Jake Thomas Sowers and Addison Kay Sowers; and his pet Bella.
