She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hayes and Vada Hayes; and her siblings, Fred Hayes, Roy Hayes, Billy Hayes and Mozelle Hayes Huff.

She is survived by: her husband David Blake; her children, Patty Blake Younts (Timmy), David Blake Jr. (Kathy) and Bradley Blake; her grandchildren, Pamela Younts Douglas (Mike), Scott Younts (Sarah), Ryan Younts, Evan Blake, Connor Blake and Stephanie Blake; her siblings, Bruce Hayes (Betty), Hugh Hayes (Sara), Alice Hayes Seaford and Marie Hayes Gallimore (Jerry); her sister-in-law June Hayes; and her daughter Tammy Jordan. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
