She was predeceased by: her father David Franklin Jordan; and her children, Along and Michael David Mahek. She is survived by: her daughter Denise Mahek (Heather) of Thomasville; and her siblings, Dianne Wertz (Dennis), Kathleen Giberson, James Jordan and Lynn Mahek.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County.
