He is survived by: his wife Theresa Weakley; his sons, James "Jay" Weakley, II and Richard Weakley of Asheboro; his siblings, Evelyn Williams of Indiana and Leslie "Rock" Weakley (Rhonda) of High Point; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Chance of Thomasville, Monalisa Laucomer (Ken) of Kansas, Robert "Bobby" Buffum of California and Michael Buffum of Kansas.
