He is survived by: his wife Malinda Motsinger; his daughter Chanda Clodfelter (Jerry) of Winston-Salem; his granddaughters, Whitney Crutchfield (Nathan) and Jordan Clodfelter (Tyler Sweeney); his great grandchild Silas Crutchfield; his siblings, Jack Cagle (Nancy) of Thomasville, Lalah Kennedy of Thomasville and Sylvia Ward of Thomasville; and his sister-in-law Marie Cagle of Thomasville.
