He is survived by: his daughter Natalia Gay; his wife Sheila Warner-Gay; his daughter Samantha "Sam" Gay; his son-in-law Jesse Terrell; his parents-in-law, Herb and Jean Warner; his sister-in-law Jean Ellen Warner; his nephews, Jordan and John Groleau of Michigan; his aunts, Elizabeth (Liz), Hazel, Naomi and Lyda; and his uncle Bob. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
