He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ward Booze; his son Taylor Wellyn Booze of Raleigh, NC; his sister Faith Elizabeth Booze of Archdale, NC; his aunt Marguerite "Geet" Lee of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his cousin Melody Hall of Myrtle Beach, SC..
