She was predeceased by: her husband Reginald Rease; and her siblings, Hilda Davis, Alice Faye Davis, Lafayette Davis, Jr. and Melvin Davis.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dianta Morrison, Clinton Tyrone Rease, Jr., Zamani Rease and Zaila Rease; and her sisters, Evon "Gale" Davis (Larry) of Thomasville, NC and Brenda Jones of Thomasville, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
