He was predeceased by: his father James Harry; and his brothers, Donald Lynn Jenkins and Dwight Lamar Jenkins. He is survived by: his close friend Neil Mendenhall; his children, James Jenkins (Janice) and Jeannie Rose (John); and his brother Barry James Jenkins (Julie). He is also survived by two grandchildren; extended family and friends.
