It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Smith (Thomasville, North Carolina), who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Gaynelle Smith; his sisters, Lynda and Connie; his father John "J. M."; his daughter Tammy Peace (Robbie); his siblings, Marty, Sarah, Elizabeth, Jamie, Laura and Paula; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Camille and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rehobeth Baptist Church or to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro.
