It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Joe Klass of Thomasville, North Carolina, born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Garland Klass and Daisy Marie Lambeth Klass; and his siblings, Richard Klass, Pat Klass, Wilma Rogers and Sandy Cody.

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Kennedy Klass; his son Mitch Klass (Robyn) of Wallburg; his siblings, Randall Klass (Tammy), Jeff Klass (Loretta), Judy Aldridge and Cindy Vertefeuille (Michael); and his granddaughter Ashlyn Klass. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
