He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pete Westmoreland and Wilda Westmoreland; his wife Vickie Hill Westmoreland; his children, Ronnia Cockrell (Mark) and Matt Westmoreland (Stacy); his grandchildren, Elijah Frazier (Catherine), Emma Westmoreland, Eynde Frazier and Madison Westmoreland; and his friends, Judy Gardner and Tom Slain.
