She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli McKinley Wood and Rosa Zina Burchette Wood; her husband Willis Radford (W. R.); her siblings, Ronnie Wood, Clyde Wood, Alton Wood, Chris Lupo and Glenda Billings; and her half-siblings, Harold Wood, Vaughn Wood, Kester Burchette and Loduska Toolan.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Wagner (Rick) of Mooresville, NC, Angie Beane (Chad) of West End, NC and Garry Johnson (Ann) of Thomasville; her sisters, Lois Hawley (Richard) and Sally Barnhardt of Statesville, NC; her granddaughters, Melissa Johnson Caviness (Nick), Cecily Wagner and Chloe Beane; and her great grandchildren, Maci, Rylie and Amelia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Zion Church (130 Hasty School Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
