She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Bell and Fancie Johnson Bell; her former husband Ernest Monroe Hill; and her daughters, Sherry Gallimore and Gloria Conrad.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith (Larry) of Thomasville, Phillip Hill (Vickie) of Thomasville and Wilma Vert (Jim) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her sisters, Marie, Dorothy and Joyce; and her grandchildren, Shannon, Kevin (Jessica), Chad (Rita), Kimberly (Tom) and Melissa (Sam). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Senior Center of Thomasville.
