She was predeceased by: her parents, Bascom E. Lassiter and Elizabeth Ogburn Lassiter; and her brother Bascom Edward "Eddie" Lassiter. She is survived by: her nephew Chuck Lassiter (Karen) of Newport, NC; her niece Lisa Lassiter Beeson (Mark) of Greensboro, NC; her sister-in-law Meredith Lassiter; and her great-nephews, Stephen Lassiter and Jake Lassiter.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to Baptist Children's Home of North Carolina, 204 Idol Street, Thomasville, NC 27360.
