She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Hiner and Elizabeth Hiner (Hippley) of Lisbon; her husband Frank W. Walter; her siblings, Albert, George, Lewis, Arvine Hiner (Dutch) and Anna Wolford; and her son-in-law Terry Metts.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Loretta Scott) of North Carolina, Debbie Metts of Salem and Randy (Lisa Cathey) of Alliance; and her grandchildren, Tyler Metts (Sarah), Dylan Metts (Kelli), Brittany Hall (Nick), Lindsay Sickles (Brady), Brandy Rubio, Sheree Davis (Bryan) and Aaron Hiscox (April). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
