She is survived by: her husband Roland Paul Couch; her children, Jan Couch, Jill Lambert, Jr. (Ray) and Stephen Couch (Sarah); and her sisters, Judy Scott (Steve), Virginia Shields, Jeannine Metcalf and Joyce Perkins (Otis).
