She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Parrish Suggs and Sanford Suggs; and her significant other Robert L. Hipp of Thomasville. She is survived by: her son Ken Stewart of Chapel Hill, NC; and her siblings, Barbara Suggs Faircloth, Sanford Milton Suggs, Marlene Suggs Ritchie and Mabel Arney.
